One computer can connect to the Livebox after which as many devices that are Wi-Fi enabled can connect to the Livebox. It is a Multi Wi-Fi connector (phones, Laptops and other Wi-Fi enabled devices can connect to the Livebox).

Safaricom (and other mobile internet providers) cannot control how many people connect to the internet via their GPRS-EDGE-UMTS-HSDPA infrastructure at any particular time. If a crowd of 5000 comes into an area for a convention and 1000 of them use Safaricom to connect to the Internet, QoS is just compromised. If they do not have sufficient network capacities to accomodate the increased load ......
