Hey JP, Am of the opinion that internet made world a smaller village and when it comes to cloud services, there Services Providers who have matured their technology and service offering to the best. As much as would be concerned of local consumption, my thought would be analysing the SLA's , Support, Infrastructure and value for money, scalability etc etc Am one customer for AWS and didn't find any local service provider who matched the requirements and model of SaaS hosting.
