@Alex: I find it *discouraging* that the companies have been awarded a Sh273.6m tender to instal 117 solar panels in schools and health centres. It looks like we are talking about Sh2.3 million per solar panel. Even if this fee includes wiring and batteries, I still think Sh.2.3 million per panel is not very *encouraging*.
