@Net, agreed boss. If they could answer Simon as well as we have tried here, then its sawa. :-) . ( btw, I dont know who the ISP is nor what network nor what service nor what sla's, neither has simon mentioned it so its all a case of what Simon gets back from them). I think we have tried our best to assist him with the small knowledge that we have.
