I still believe there is a nice business case for free wifi for critical services and some internet sites.<br><br>Imagine a cop stops you and you have free access to some legal document that explains exactly what you need to do and if it warrants it there&#39;s a bunch of lawyers accessible for a quick chat. Imagine cameras riding free on that network and all of us can access them (the ones mounted on public spaces).<br>
<br>WIFI is dirt cheap. even cheaper if you design your own hardware and controller, its merchant silicon, that means I can buy it, design it, build it, again easy to do by someone with time and the necessary motivation.<br>
<br>Even cheaper if its communally run and owned. <br><br>Either way its possible and yes, I tend to get excited by this sort of thing, and will probably see such a project through soon.<br><br>Gitau<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">
