I use SugarCRM & from experience, you really need to evaluate if you need it or not. Remember with Sales people, its first never about the tool, but the people, and the people hate reporting. People have talked all manner of ills about the Sales reporting aspects (just google articles on this and you will find a wide varied views on it). To me, it presents a very practical and workable way of monitoring all sales aspects(customer, sales, marketing, reporting, accounting), but whether the Sales people actually embrace it is something else. Technically, alot of very interesting plugins out there, but don't be surprised if none works.
