Whats the cap at for the unlimited offer. I have heard of the same complain from a user on the unlimitedbundle after paying 50 sh and downloading 29 Gbs in 1 day.
For some reason they will NEVER make the exact FUP details public 
You are left to figure this out for yourself through monitoring.
You also need too understand that the Cost & FUP structure is specific to the data plans (Mobile/USB Modem).
From my experience :
The 50/= daily 'unlimited' mobile plan is meant to have the cap at 100MB before throttling kicks in.
The 2990/= monthly 'unlimited' USB Modem plan is meant to have its cap at 3GB before throttling is activated.
