I experienced a month with a laptop I had imported. Just keep pushing.

I'd rather import through the post office (USPS if it is in the USA), where you go to the little KRA office EMS centre at Teleposta and "clear" it instantly.

All duties/charges were promptly settled and we're constantly doing follow-up; Fedex is running out of apologies for the delays arising from the customs end.
