Strictly logically: true. But life isn't strictly logical, heck it isn't even logical.

The absence of proof means something, and whatever it means doesn't seem too good. I share aki's frustration with the lack of co-operation (at all levels). I don't know what will break this vicious cycle, but it has to be broken if anything meaningful is to happen.
