I am looking for any one /developer who has successfully integrated OTRS in IT service management.

I need to accomplish this feat....having deployed some limited functionality already.

Among functionality to be enhanced includes:

1. Service asset config

2. Change management

3. SLA management

4. Knowledge base etc.
