If I can answer based on what I have used--KDN co-location services are excellent. What you need mostly in a data centre is to be able to reach your servers or whatever you are hosting, and their uptime has been very impressive. For the few downtimes experienced, the response is fast.
ps: I have bashed KDN many times before for their customer service and responsiveness on link related issues, but I give them 4.5/5 stars on data centre.
