Monday on this... Shared my idea of an automated ticketing system
where each complaint would required complaining user picking provider
and service from a pull down menu first. Then time + other details..
The complaints automatically forwarded to relevant Service provider
and CCK gets complaints stats, ticket resolution status etc
Have plenty but won't share here :-).. you should have come to the event!
