The first is a <b>Senior Applications Analyst Developer</b> with MM experience. The second position, called the <b>Incubator Manager</b>,
will run what we call a Mobile Social Incubator—which as I explained
will use crowd funding approach to allow local tech entrepreneurs to
develop their ideas further.  We are having loads of trouble finding
this talent locally and want to look in Kenya. Could you please help me
