The worst bit is no one there cares. I have spoke to three different customer care reps, but none of them seems concerned. Moral lesson:
They say you can cut all forests but monkeys will forever be monkey's, even if you built them a house and clothe them. They always run around doing "nyef nyef". Telkom will always be Telkom, whether they change to Orange, Banana or Ndimu. I've had my fair share of the same.
