Peter, that is what I have been singing about all along. If rich western and Eastern nations can see the economic sense of open source, and we can't, should that not explain why we remain poor? Its simply a matter of 'we just don't get it'.

There is definately a huge amount of Dollars that our government could be saving and spending the money in other worthy causes. Like feeding the Kenyans who are dying of hunger. How many people can money saved from one PC installation feed in a month?
