Hi Guys, I have a user who migrated from Blackberry to Galaxy S3. We've configured Exchange ActiveSync for both office email and hotmail but it does seem to be pulling emails automatically- you always have to prompt it. Some time it does pull in email automatically but most of the time it does NOT. All settings in Data Usage and Synch have been set to synch automatically and background data restriction is disabled. What else am I missing? Have you had a similar experience and how did you resolve it. Thanks Andrew www.pamojatechconsulting.com
