1. Can be average human height or slightly shorter (5")
   
2. Eyes with glowing light
3. With a firm frame that cant easily crumble into pieces easily (Safe)
4. Pre-programmed Movement: Can be limited to hands and head only
5. Can have a pre-recorded message that it keeps repeating
