The IDEOS are all about the user market. It should make developers excited that they will have  a greater market for their applications. By making smart phones cheap as chips we can reach people with technology that we could not before. I think this is landmark and quite incredible.<br>

<br>In terms of people needing to know how it works... We are using them in our ICT4D and Social Enterprise training class at Africa Nazarene University to students who will then teach the wananchi. We are accepting applications for next month&#39;s class.<br>

<br>In terms of the quality of the handsets, they are under warranty. If they are found faulty they should be replaced. We have found in our testing that there are some apps that have been developed that really take them down. The apps market should be entered with care as with any software. If it is not done thoughtfully, there are always issues.<br>
