WHAT? Ati you say fiction? One day i was in a matatu. When we were near makongeni police station the cops arrested the mat and 4 of them manned the door. We were taken to the station and told to alight. All who alighted were arrested for not wearing a seatbelt. Those who knew actually shouted "HOW CAN I ALIGHT WHEN THE SEATBELT IS HOLDING ME?"
