
This is highly welcomed- there's definitely a systemic issue in Zain/Celtel/Kencell (what I would call a shoot-yourself-in-the-foot mentality). They need a complete overhaul of it's strategic and execution component. This the only GSM company I know of which instead of increasing it's subscriber numbers and making profits in a highly virgin and lucrative market is doing the reverse.
