Telcos normally file quarterly returns with CCK showing their subscribers, patterns..e.t.c.. However, CCK doesn't make these public (until much later) , but they have the data.

Maybe you can engage CCK to give you the data. May be easier than going to the individual Telcos.

I've been collecting similar stats,I'm working on something similar to GeoIP but for Kenya. I would like to do a by province, district, town, provider, device, client  that kind of stuff ..

I have some on facebook, not comprehensive but good to start ; I'm looking for ways to get the same on facebook mobile if some1 has a leads there shade some lite
