Networking has never been my thing. However I can't help but think KDN needs help. It has been four weeks since any of us in Kilifi town has been leased an IP address by their 10.199.0.1 server.

We can connect to the Internet fine if we assign ourselves an IP address (10.199.0.x). However this opens the possibility of IP address conflicts so my friends and I have been waiting for KDN to fix their name server.

I have reported this issue to customer care about ten times by phone, once by email (I am still waiting for a reply 1 week later) I even called a Customer Care Operations Manager whose number I found on skunkworks.

Anyone willing to help KDN to fix their name server?. I could try and help but networking stuff usually goes over by head.
