there is a guy who keeps resending the proposal i find him annoying coz he does not even read the contents of your email.

the official email they have shared for submission does not work so when you use the alternative to submit, the guy sends you the RFP again..

He has done this 4 times now and i want to poke his nose right now!! LOL
