But what kind of damage (KES) are we looking at? I assume they
probably sent you a quote?

The cost that was quoted to me was about 1.9m - which also included bandwidth costs for 1Mbps Local loop. It was to be spread over a predetermined period of your choice - 12, 24 or 36 months.
