The issue being raised is if these companies have created Digital Villages and if they have been done in a sustainable way. It has been said that Safaricom is rolling out 1500 with 500 already completed. I was saying that I frequently travel to rural areas and have not seen even one.
I would be extremely greatful if someone from Safaricom could clarify.
