We are looking for a Web Developer with the following qualifications to implement a method portal the TORs of which are also below. This will be a 2 month project. **

*Web developer - Technical knowledge required*****
1. Web programming – PHP, JavaScript,****
2. Database Programming – MySQL****
3. Good knowledge of PHP frameworks and Content Managers – Codeignitor and Drupal****
4. Good knowledge of Javascript libraries like Jquery, YUI****
5. Knowledge of HTML5 is desired but not required.****

*TOR / Method Portal Application Requirements Scope*****
1. Ability for RMG/KM/ CDU staff to upload method papers and Tag them with defined keywords e.g. method terms or methodologies****
2. Create a relationship between related keywords****
3. Create a user friendly way to display the method papers including things like title, citation information, related keywords etc.** **
4. Create a search tool to be able to search by keywords or method paper titles****
5. Create a visual search tool like the one in found in SAGE for users to be able to explore a taxonomy of keywords to be able to get to the method papers.****
