Hello,

Exchange is supported. Make sure your username is in the form <domain-name>\<username>.
You can get your exchange domain from your admin. Also, it is not recommended to check SSL unless your admin says it must. It usually bombs out at this point.

Hi skunks,

I'm trying to set up Exchange mail on my colleague's Ideos phone.
After putting in the email and password, the next page has a form for filling in the server name, the username and setting the SSL certificates
On this page, there is a 'Next' button but no matter what mechanisms I use to press it, nothing happens.
It doesn't look inactive so what could the problem be?
Is it that the Ideos does not support Microsoft Exchange?

Your comments will be appreciated.
Thanks.
