I think this is an area where we hv very few guys. What I wanted are guys who build towers i.e 60m to 120 meters and have certificates in that field. People like safaricom and the major players usually train riggers, i.e

• Compiling a Fall protection plan
• Definitions
• Legislation pertaining to work at height
• Risk assessment for work at height
• Medical assessment program and records
• Training Program and records and Portfolio of evidence
• Standard operating procedures and review of a Fall protection plan
• Rescue procedures and Incident report
• Equipment inspection and record.
