Selling Soft copy is pretty easy. Just write your book as a .doc and then upload through https://kdp.amazon.com/ - you will need to add a cover image and maybe a table of contents but other than that Amazon's software converts your .doc nicely into the Kindle format. I've done this for a few horrible little books (I should stick to writing code) so let me know if you need specific help. Not sure about hard copy.
