Job Description.

AAA is a global company and operates across continents. To enable a good IT interface to business, they have regional IT SPOC's who face off with business in each of these geographies. AAA calls them BRM's.

We are looking at senior delivery owners from TCS to face of with AAA BRM's. In AAA's terminology, these TCS lead will be called Engagement Leads.

The above position is for an Engagement Lead who will be responsible to face off with the AAA BRM and his team in Africa. The positions will be based out of AAA office at Nairobi, Kenya. The engagement leads will be responsible for/ able to, but not limited to the following.

• Be the single point of Service delivery from TCS to the BRM,s which would include the Data centre, EUC, and Service Deck.
• He/ She should have a end to end knowledge of how delivery is done in an on site, off shore model, the technology / cultural opportunities, and challenges. The person should be able to analyse operational matrix / trends and evolve operational , tactical and strategic solutions with delivery teams across the world.
• The person would be responsible to socialise monthly BAU deliverables with stake holders and directly responsible for the customer satisfaction for their region. This would also include SIP's and large programs.
• TCS would do the delivery, engaging 3rd parties, and the person would be responsible to liaison with 3rd parties and internal teams to achieve the above objectives.
• Ability to manage, direct and motivate a multicultural team both at on site and off shore would be an absolute must.
• Would be expected to report the health of large change projects in the region to AAA management.
• Good knowledge, of ITSM processes, IT security, audits, and project management methodology.
