Dear Skunks, Most of the guys subscribed in this list are IT tradesmen in both formal and informal sectors thats' working in either private or public sectors. In most institutions where there is no proper structure of administration implementing the required IT projects becomes a nightmare for the admins. *What the management wants is to have efficient operation without minding what the officers go through for a smooth running of operations. *Some go to an extent of spending their income to meet their objectives. *Budgeting for IT projects is not a need but a want! That must be fulfilled. * So what next if you are in such a position? Finally you will be ineffective and you will end so frustrated as the admin.
