Hey guys,
Please read for yourself the Bill, which was already introduced in Parliament (National Assembly)
. It among other things requires ICT professionals to acquire licences before they can practice, undertake annual practicums and licence their businesses. If the Bill is passed into law, one cannot practice ICT without a licence. See the Bill here:
