Jamal, Kindly confirm as to whether the link is stable. I would also recommend that you look at the BGP logs to see the messages at the point of flapping.They would give you clues as to where the problem may lie. We currently have a scenario with our ISP .The link is up but BGP keeps flapping . The ISP does not seem to want to help in providing a solution .They say everything is well on their end.
What clues or what issues cause BGP to flap ?
