Where can it be downloaded? The tribe issue has shadowed other issues. E.g: 1. I think I heard the census asks about income or some stuff to do with family financial welfare. Considering the enumerators are guys who hang out in the hood, ... 2. I think I also heard that they need to do a head count, which means likely they will enter your home ... just highlighting the evils of insecurity.
From the tech side: I hope to see the data incorporated in a tech system that can be intergrated with other gvmnt resource planning tech systems. O_O
