So whats so difficult in me giving some entity KShs. 100 to allow me to spend that money from/to whichever network? <br><br>@Tony, Universal ATM card? If you can write a cheque from one bank to another, that means the banks have the systems to settle within themselves, thus, the same systems can be modified to allow me use my ATM card from any bank.<br>
