This Windows vs Apple Server vs any other is overrated, look here the thing is, bottom line, they all work. There are large and small companies using either. What is it your 20 people
company is doing that these millions of companies worldwide cannot do, that you need special treatment?

The problem when you
ask such a question on this list you will be told use Apple by the Apple fans and use Windows by the windows fans and following that kind of baseless
advice will hurt your organization if you make the wrong decision. The determining factor here is what apps and services do you want to run on the server and how much are you willing to spend.

You might have a case for windows and you end up buying too little memory or not enough disk space... get the picture? I can assure all these servers
are damn good in of themselves but...

I suggest you say what needs to get done, your organizations budget, short and long term goals and with those factors you will get trusted and informed
advice based on what information you have shared.
