When Wananchi hosted KNEC's website query for the first time (several years ago) there were no complaints. Seems that this time there was a certain level of unpreparedness.

@chuks i doubt. Its a  common joomla error when the script cannot connect to the database. It was either intentional, or someone tried to mess with their config file, or as someone says, they wanted to make a quick one off anxious parents. All the same, Bure hao!.
