Sharing info : Log 14th Aug 09 : 4:09pm. Orange  3g+ is restored, new sat uplink route via telia ( W3A? ) and now showing signs of sat broadband ( earlier speeds were slower at 3KB/s ). Download speeds average is 30KB/s, upload spike to 15KB/s. Impressive start after a 48 hour outage. Will update with screen shot later in the night...
