it takes a couple of days to resolve a DNS change. me too my clients were getting that issue but it seemed to have resolved successfully

You do it like this:
1. Connect Zuku 2. ping some-website-name and post the results - we want to know if some-website-name is resolvable and reachable 3. traceroute some-website-name and post results - we want to see what path traffic takes to reach some-website-name
Now, that is what they call a technical scenario - a techie way of presenting a problem.
For completeness, you can: 1. Connect Orange/Safaricom 2. as above 3. as above
It is called the "control" scenario - for comparison.
