I was hoping to get some insight from the digeratti as I haven't seen any objective analysis on the use of Internet Media/Social Media to campaign to swing voters yet there are over 17 million Internet users in Kenya.

Also both campaign teams seem to have made limited use of old media i,e. TV, Radio and Print compared to 2007 so where are the billions of campaign shillings going?
