In my opinion, the numbers show that since we have fewer domains, we pay more. However, the point that many people are trying is that by keeping the cost high - the price-sensitive market is discouraged from taking a co.ke and will opt for the .com. This ultimately slows down the uptake of .co.ke.

Thinking of it as an aspiring domain owner - does owning a .co.ke add more value than owning a .com to justify the premium (x5) that i will be paying for?

Come to think of it - what value does a .co.ke add over a .com to justify x5 - x10 premium?
