
Of course, since KENIC does not allow just anyone to knock at their doors and register a domain:-) They must be classified as a REGISTRAR and they just don't earn that title. Some requirements must be met.
Certainly. But now this conversation is losing the forest for the trees. The simple point is this: if you have a website (ANY website not just kenic.or.ke) and people logging on to some pages on that website are met with a message advising them to leave your website immediately as it may be a malicious website, that is a problem. Whose problem? It is not the problem of the person trying to access the site, they will simply go elsewhere. It is the problem of the owner of the website.
