Dennis; Sounds familiar. I use Chrome most of the time since firefox was crashing on me all the time, and noted the PC being overworked than when I used firefox. Any ideas on this? On Thu, Apr 14, 2011 at 10:39 AM, Dennis Kioko <dmbuvi@gmail.com> wrote:
To hijack the thread, let me warn you fellow earthlings, you do not want to try streaming anything on Adobe Flash on Chrome 10 (stable) or even 11 (beta) on Linux. Why?
1. Your computer will hang at some point 2. Your browser will crash, or several tabs will crash 3. The amount of heat generated is bad for global warming 4. The amount of heat generated on your laptop is enough to warm a room, or according to some people, destroy laptop parts on some cheap laptops like mine (is that why my battery is dead?)
