Lets say there are 100,000 techies - that means a once pay off of Ksh. 20,000 per employee - WTF ??? For Software Development ?
If there are 10,000 techies - thats a once pay off of Ksh. 200,000.
What about the tools and the management frame - is that also included in the 2billion budget?
