@Wash - I once worked at a startup with you, that is why am so skeptical about anyone talking about starting an ISP. And just like @Josiah says, if you have the monies to start an ISP, why not just walk in and buy any of the ailing ones. And while at it, remember the Safcom & AK's of this planet aren't having toasting in your name :-)
