I was once a victim with SAFCOM but got a detailed itemised bill.Nilikunja mkia but am happy.
Airtel KE. My story goes: I bought a bundle worth 250MB for my cell
and never received it. Checked internet balance and was told I am on
pay as you go. Checked airtime and it had been deducted. Call customer
service and was told 24 hours, sent an email got auto response,
followed up on twitter got the same response Brian got, they deleted
my post on their Facebook page wall and an inbox message went
un-replied. Went to Mombasa road (actually had a meeting with their
staff on other issues) and reported at their customer care centre,
plus the techies that I knew and they told me 24 hours still nothing.
All this has not taken 2 months so ...
I decided simply will never buy from them again, too much work to
recover 250mb. Now happily on Safcom for internet.
