Dude this procedure takes less than ten minutes to de-brink and install new firmware ... been in that state in the past ... did it in a very short while ... but maybe you do not have the solder kit I guess :-) ... and I never bought anything ... it was all for free ...

I was trying to install OpenWRT on it and I think I ran a wrong command because the device stopped responding after I rebooted. I bought a CA-42 USB-TTL converter cable but I just don't have the time  to do a Uboot debricking of the device. Is there anyone on list who would be able to revive the device? I can provide you with the USB-TTL converter and a link from which to purchase the latest firmware for the device so you can debrick it.
