Thanks Guys for the feedback guys, maybe I need to put in more details so that I can get more accurate answer. The coding involved is for developing a sms short code system which I believe it is not complicated as such. What would you pays a developer working on such a task for example? Who has done a short-code system and how much did it cost? I am not looking for an exact figure but a range will do. Best
