Hi Mathu,
Sorry for the experience.
This happens with companies that have no regard for their customers.
The othe day they were complaining about lack of money.

Soon or later they will wake up and find the cheese has moved and close shop!

Regards
shad

Subject: [Skunkworks] Scratch Card Expiry- The Orange Ordeal

Morning,

I had this experience with yesterday trying to load my orange modem but the card wouldn't go through, on checking the card had expired, so i called CC and am told they don't activate expired cards. Who in this day and age does that?

My argument:
When the cards are developed, they are given a life span until which they should be used. If they are not used, they expire but their value is still intact since it has not been redeemed. Technically, its value is still intact as no one has used that code yet. How then is it not possible to unlock that value by just activating that card number since it has not been used before...? Mind you Airtel does it...

Please enlighten me if am wrong, but i feel that thousand bob should not just slip off my hands!!
Orange reps have anything to say about this?
