I have used payoneer for the last three years. First my card arrived on time without any issues. Then if you do not have funds in your account and you do not use the account, they make the card inactive & during that period, no charges are levied on the card - activation again takes 1 click & under 2 hours. My motivation for having payoneer card was to maintain a dollar reserve somewhere, and most of the time, I load the card from my debit card & only once in a while when my family abroad need to send money to someone here do I accept payments on it. However, the initial period the process of accepting a credit card payment from someone is quite vigorous due to the verifications, otherwise, everything becomes smooth with time.
